Small Group Personal Training
in Studio X
You may have heard someone talking about it, or maybe you’ve seen a flyer up in the club, or maybe you’ve even seen something on Facebook. We are so excited we just can’t stop spreading the news! We figured you may have heard about it but are not really sure what it is all about so we thought we would utilize our blog to tell you more!
Small Group Personal Training or SGT as we’re calling it is training with a personal trainer in small groups. It is a High-Intensity Cardio & Strength Conditioning Program that has been specially designed to unlock your body’s potential. It will improve your strength, give better flexibility and increase your cardiovascular endurance!. We are talking serious training = serious results. But don’t let that scare you! OCSC’s certified Personal Trainers will push you with the latest training methods in a safe and effective way. Plus you’ll be surrounded by others that will help motovate you to train hard. Each session has a capacity of 4 – 6 people. This is NOT a group fitness class. Your SGT coach will be moving around the studio to each client making sure everyone is properly training in good form and pushing themselves for maximum results!
You’ll also get to spend your 45-minute workout in our New & Improved Studio X. Studio X is filled with brand new functional training equipment ready to whip you into shape!
So are you ready to kick your metabolism into high gear? SGT’s interval training followed by brief rest periods is incredibly effective at doing just that!
