OCSC’s USAG WOMEN ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS TEAM
Our Women Artistic Gymnastics team is made up of our most dedicated gymnasts whose commitment to the sport is at a high-level. This program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. There are three major segments:
- Developmental which is comprised of Levels 1 – 3
- Compulsory which is made up of Levels 4 & 5
- Optional which is for Levels 6 – 10
OCSC’s USAG XCEL TEAM
Our XCEL team members also have a high level of dedication to the sport! Thanks to the flexibility offered both coaches and athletes by USA Gymnastics in their XCEL program, many of our gymnasts are now able to remain competitive for a longer period of time. OCSC offers the following XCEL
Levels:
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
