You also need to pay attention to what you are putting in your body. Drink plenty of water so that your body stays hydrated. Eat healthy foods making sure to cut back on refined sugar and processed foods.
Tone those arms. You’ll need to focus on the two primary muscles in your upper arms, the biceps & triceps. We are going to suggest some of the best exercises you can try for those muscles below but if you aren’t sure about proper form or have no idea what we are describing, we can help! Set up a few personal training sessions to get you on the right track.
To work your biceps you can:
Do pull ups, seated rows, as well as arm curls with free weights as a good start.
For your triceps you’ll want to:
Opt for pushups, dips, as well as chest & overhead presses with a weighted bar or dumbbells.
