Youth Programming


Government Fitness Guidelines for children and adolescents suggest that kids need 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day.  They suggest programs that are fun and offer variety!  OCSC is the perfect place for your entire family to get their recommended daily allowance of Sports, Fitness & Fun!

We offer programming that includes artistic expression such as dance, mental toughness such as Martial Arts & Fencing and flexibility and strength such as gymnastics!  Take a look at the variety of programs offered for youth at OCSC and we bet you will find something for each member of the family!
