A love of the outdoors and a drive to constantly improve has driven Tyler to help people improve their health and fitness. His personal fitness philosophy of the most valuable investment you will ever make is in your own health & fitness, has guided the development of a no nonsense training system that helps clients focus on proper nutrition, posture, exercise techniques, core strength & flexibility to get results. Sports strength and conditioning have always been a big part of Tyler’s life, he is an avid cyclist and has played both competitive hockey and soccer. His training has included course work at SUNY Plattsburgh (exercise science, wellness programming, human performance and cardiovascular conditioning) as well as the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certification at OCCC.
