Active for as long as she can remember, Sarah took her experience on the soccer field, softball diamond and volleyball court and put it to use earning her bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science from Coastal Carolina University. Her personal fitness philosophy of it’s through our own two legs that progress, growth, and true health is achieved guides her as she motivates clients to feel great about themselves and to create their own success stories one day at a time. Sarah has spent time helping clients achieve their wellness goals at different fitness centers in the Carolinas, for the Myrtle Beach YMCA as well as spending time as the activities director for the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. Sarah believes that health and wellness comes in many different forms with exercise being the root of overall wellbeing. As a part of an ever-evolving industry she stays current with varying techniques in an effort to be at the forefront of making exercise exciting.
