For the past 20 years, fitness has been a part of Deanna’s life. Her personal fitness philosophy of nothing can substitute for just plain hard work, helps her clients walk away from personal training sessions feeling like they have accomplished something! Her sessions focus on the whole body, utilizing complex movements and keeping the heart rate up. Her workouts include exercises that allow you to be better prepared for your activities outside the club training for both stability and strength. She uses a variety of tools from sandbags & TRX suspension training to basic bodyweight exercises. Because she believes that you don’t need 2 hours a day, 5 days a week to get results, her training sessions are focused and efficient.
